Bär & Karrer Advised UBS on the Sale of its 62% Majority Stake in Credit Suisse Investment Partners (Schweiz) AG

On 11 October 2024, UBS Group AG closed the sale of its indirect 62% holding in Credit Suisse Investment Partners (Schweiz) AG ("CSIP") to the asset manager Bantleon AG. The respective agreement was signed in May 2024. CSIP now operates independently from UBS under a new name.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to UBS in this transaction.
