Marie-Cristine has been with Bär & Karrer since May 2022. Previously, she worked at another major law firm in Zurich for 2.5 years (mainly in banking and litigation). In addition, she completed an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business (with a focus on, inter alia, sustainability) and gained some strategy consulting experience at Boston Consulting Group. At Bär & Karrer, she works in Capital Markets, Listed Companies and Public M&A, whereas she is specialized on corporate governance and legal ESG matters. She regularly publishes in these fields.
