Louis Muskens est spécialisé dans la criminalité économique, le droit pénal administratif, le contentieux financier et commercial ainsi que dans l’arbitrage.
À côté de son activité à l’étude, Louis Muskens est lecteur de droit pénal à l’Université de Fribourg. Il enseigne et publie régulièrement dans ses principaux domaines de compétence.

En 2016, Louis Muskens a été lauréat du Concours d’art oratoire de l’Ordre des avocats genevois (concours Michel Nançoz).
