Presentation in the VSV Regulatory Watch Annual Seminar in Geneva, on the recent developments in Swiss banking and financial services legislation and regulator's practice having implications for independent porfolio managers. The presentation covered banking, financial services and instruments and insurance regulations. It focused on certain selected aspects (change to the bank capital adequacy requirements, adjustment to the definition of clients under FinSA and new investment guidelines for insurance companies).
