Bär & Karrer Advises Aunetic (Main Capital) on the Acquisition of LARI digital

Aunetic (formerly Blika), a portfolio company of Main Capital and leading provider of governance software, has acquired all shares in LARI digital AG. LARI digital is a leading software provider that offers a cloud-based platform for legal and regulatory monitoring.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Aunetic (Main Capital) in this transaction.
