MACD Ltd. and its subsidiaries become part of Foconis GmbH, a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners. MACD is a well-established provider of electronic trading systems, offering tailored solutions for securities and derivatives trading, fund settlement, as well as foreign exchange and cryptocurrency trading and brings a valuable addition to the portfolio of Foconis.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Foconis in this transaction.
