Bär & Karrer Advises Banque Cantonale de Genève on Capital Increase for La Foncière

Bär & Karrer is pleased to announce its role as legal counsel to Banque Cantonale de Genève in the recent capital increase of La Foncière, a listed real estate fund governed by articles 58 et seq. of the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act.

From June 3 to June 12, 2024, La Foncière successfully completed a capital increase, issuing 1,046,782 additional units, which were fully subscribed.

These newly issued units have been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange as of June 18, 2024. The fund management company for La Foncière is Investissements Fonciers SA, Lausanne, and its depositary bank is Banque Cantonale de Genève.
