Nico Lüthi's practice focuses on banking and finance, general corporate and commercial matters, internal investigations and white collar crime.

He advises banks, financial institutions, fintechs as well as other companies and individuals in regulatory, corporate and commercial law as well as transactional matters and represents them before courts and other authorities. Furthermore, he assists companies in internal investigations, especially with regard to regulatory enforcement-proceedings and cross-border white collar crime matters.
