Orascom Development Holding places new CHF 100 million corporate bonds

Orascom Development Holding successfully issued CHF 100 million 4.000% bonds due 2029. The bonds are provisionally listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the lead manager. The team consisted of Lukas Roesler and Annick Pietzonka (both Capital Markets and Corporate).
