BKW Completes Placement of CHF 163,375,000 0.125 per cent Convertible Bonds

BKW AG successfully placed CHF 163,375,000 0.125 per cent senior convertible bonds. The bonds will mature on 30 September 2020 unless previously redeemed, converted or repurchased and cancelled. UBS AG acted as Manager and Sole Bookrunner.
