Bär & Karrer Advises the Sellers on the Sale of Netrics Group

Waterland Private Equity and the minority shareholders of Netrics Holding AG entered into a share purchase agreement regarding the sale of all shares in Netrics Group to Bregal Unternehmerkapital, an international private equity firm. Netrics is one of the largest cloud and modern workplace service providers in Switzerland. The transaction will be completed in the upcoming weeks.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction. The team is being co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and includes Benjamin Grunwald, Carlo Hunter, Patrick Zumsteg, Dominique Nguyen, Yascha Fengler and Kai Bajka (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber, Adrian Rüegg, Julian Hodel and Leotrim Berisha (all Tax), Markus Wang and Jonas Bornhauser (both IP/IT) as well as Mani Reinert (Antitrust).
