Bär & Karrer Advises Netrics on its Partnership with Solify

Netrics, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital and one of the largest Swiss providers of cloud and modern workspace solutions, has entered into a partnership with Solify. Solify specializes in Azure-centric Public-Cloud-Services.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Netrics. The team of Bär & Karrer is led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and includes Lazar Lepir, Luzius Bill and David Mark (all M&A) as well as Susanne Schreiber and Fabian Capt (both Tax).
