Bär & Karrer Advises GBA Group on the Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Niutec

GBA Group (GBA) acquired a majority stake in Niutec Holding AG, one of Switzerland's leading private chemical testing laboratories, specializing in the environmental, industrial, and medical technology sectors.
