Bär & Karrer Advises Falcon Industrial on the Sale of 40 Percent of Consulcesi Group to Gyrus Capital

Gyrus Capital, a Swiss Private Equity fund focused on growth, which specializes in sustainability and digital transformation as well as healthcare, acquired a 40% stake in Consulcesi Group. The Consulcesi Group is a legal network specializing in healthcare law and holding the largest and most advanced digital platform in Italy with more than 250 courses for physicians and healthcare professionals. It is also a market leader in digital marketing, market research and specific services in the health and pharmaceutical sector and beyond. The transaction closed on 30 November 2022.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the seller in this transaction (Falcon Industrial).
