Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to a FINMA-accredited fund management company within the sale of three tenement residential properties in Zürich-Oerlikon to a professional investor, in particular within the NBO- and BO-phase and the contractual negotiations, as well as in connection with lease/tenancy, Lex Koller, construction law and tax matters.
