Bär & Karrer Advised the Sellers on the Sale of kempf und pfaltz

The shareholders of kempf und pfaltz histologische diagnostik ag (kempf und pfaltz), a highly specialised Swiss dermatopathology laboratory, have sold their shares to Unilabs, a leading diagnostic services provider.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction. The team was co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and included Patrick Zumsteg, Lazar Lepir, Yascha Fengler and David Mark (all M&A) as well as Susanne Schreiber and Fabian Capt (both Tax).
