Bär & Karrer Advised the Seller on the Sale of UIKER Antriebstechnik

The Gebrüder Meier Holding AG has acquired the UIKER Antriebstechnik AG, one of the largest technical trading companies in Switzerland, specialized in the production, trade and sale of machine components.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the seller in this transaction. The team was co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Carlo Hunter and further included Philippe Seiler and Nick Aschwanden (all M&A), Corrado Rampini, Rocco Rigozzi, Kilian Müller and Jennifer Winkler (all Real Estate), Susanne Schreiber and Aron Liechti (both Tax), Faton Aliu (Financing) as well as Rehana Harasgama (Data Protection).
