Bär & Karrer Advised Fosun Group on the Sale of the Grasshoppers

Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) has acquired the majority interest in Grasshopper Fussball AG (Grasshoppers) from Fosun Group's subsidiary Champion Union HK Holdings Limited. This step integrates Grasshoppers in the Football-Network of LAFC.
