Bär & Karrer Advises Communardo Group GmbH on the Acquisition of Mibex Software GmbH

Communardo Group GmbH, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, has purchased all shares in Mibex Software GmbH. Mibex Software GmbH is a Swiss IT company and a provider of Atlassian apps specialised in DevOps.

Bär & Karrer acts as a legal advisor to Communardo Group GmbH.
