Katharina Schreiber specialises in data protection, digitalisation and cybersecurity, with a particular focus on cross-border issues. She also advises on new technologies such as AI, covering governance and compliance requirements from the perspective of Swiss and European law.

She is a member of the Freiburg im Breisgau Bar Association and is registered in accordance with Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU member states who are entitled to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland on a permanent basis under their original professional title
