Gabriel Müller's practice focuses on banking law, financial markets law, general corporate and commercial law, internal investigations and white-collar crime.

He advises banks, financial institutions, fintechs and other companies and individuals on regulatory, corporate, commercial and transactional matters and represents them before courts and authorities. He also advises clients in internal investigations, in particular in connection with regulatory enforcement proceedings and cross-border white-collar criminal proceedings before Swiss and foreign authorities (including U.S. authorities). He also specializes in corporate governance and compliance issues and assists companies in setting up compliance programs.
