Bär & Karrer Advises Circet Europe on Acquisition of Isen Tiefbau Group

Circet Europe, the leading provider of telecom infrastructure services in Europe, headquartered in France, has successfully acquired Isen Tiefbau Group from its founders. Isen Tiefbau Group, based in Otelfingen, Switzerland, specialises in civil engineering with a focus on providing telecommunication infrastructure in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Isen Tiefbau Group will serve as a strategic platform for Circet in the Swiss market and will support Circet's continued expansion across Europe.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Circet throughout this transaction.
