Elis acquires InoTex Bern

Elis group, a multi-service European leader in the rental and cleaning of textiles and workplace clothing, has acquired InoTex Bern AG (formerly Zentralwäscherei Bern), one of Switzerland's largest service providers in the textile rental and cleaning industry. InoTex Bern AG was previously held by the City of Bern, the Inselspital-Stiftung (Bern University Hospital Foundation) and members of the management.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal adviser to Elis. The team included Cédric Chapuis and Andrew Garbarski, as well as Charles Gschwind, Laura Widmer and Nicolas Ramelet.
