Neopost S.A. Acquires all Shares in GMC

Neopost S.A., the European leader and number two worldwide supplier of mailroom solutions, has acquired all shares in GMC Software AG, a Swiss based leader in the field of Customer Communication Management.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal counsel of the shareholders of GMC Software AG. The Bär & Karrer team included Christoph Neeracher (overall lead, M&A), Oliver Brupbacher, Simon Meyer and Christian Hagen (all M&A), Daniel Bader (Tax), Mani Reinert (Merger Control) and Markus Wang (IP).
