Bär & Karrer Advised EQT on the Acquisition of Nestlé Skin Health

A consortium led by EQT has acquired Nestlé Skin Health S.A. from Nestlé S.A. for a total consideration of CHF 10.2 billion. Nestlé Skin Health is a leading global skincare company offering a range of major medical and consumer brands through three complementary business units in prescription, aesthetics and consumer care.
