Bär & Karrer Advises Summer Capital on Strategic Partnership regarding Swiss Education Group

Summer Capital, an Asia based investment company, has entered into a strategic partnership regarding Swiss Education Group Holding AG through a sale and reinvestment transaction. Swiss Education Group Holding AG is the holding company of Swiss Education Group, a leading hospitality management education group that operates numerous schools in Switzerland.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Summer Capital in this transaction.
