Bär & Karrer Advises Rocket on the Acquisition of the RSD

Rocket Software, Inc., a global technology leader that develops enterprise modernization and optimization solutions, has announced the acquisition of RSD, a Switzerland based software company.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal adviser to Rocket in this transaction. The team included Daniel Raun, Thomas U.
