Bär & Karrer Advises People 2.0 on the Acquisition of CGES Group

People 2.0, a leading group of business process outsourcer in the human capital services sector, has acquired the CGES Group, a global employment and payment solution provider offering employer of record, payroll and benefits services to the end-users of its clients in the staffing industry in over 14 countries.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to People 2.0 in this transaction.
