Bär & Karrer Advises Otto Group on the Sale of Zahnärztekasse

EOS Group, which is part of Otto Group, has entered into an agreement on the sale of Health AG and Zahnärztekasse AG to BAWAG Group. Health and Zahnärztekasse are two leading dental factoring market players in Germany and Switzerland.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Otto Group in this transaction.
