Bär Karrer Advises Brookfield on the Acquisition of the Operation Business of Westinghouse

Brookfield WEC Holdings LLC has agreed to acquire the operation business of Westinghouse, a global nuclear power company and a supplier of infrastructure services to nuclear power generating facilities.
