Bär & Karrer Advises KORE Wireless Group on the Acquisition of Wyless Group Holding

KORE Wireless Group, Inc., the world’s largest managed wireless network services provider specializing in Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications and the Internet of Things (IoT) with co-headquarters in San Francisco and New York, in an all-cash transaction acquired Wyless Group Holding (Suisse) SA, a Swiss domiciled corporation. Following the completion of this transaction, the combined company will be one of the six largest providers of M2M/IoT services globally, inclusive of carriers.

Bär & Karrer acts as Swiss counsel to KORE Wireless Group. The team includes Ralph Malacrida, Thomas Stoltz, Susanne Schreiber and Michael Abegg (both tax), Micha Schilling, Célia Jimenez, Michael Rohrer, Jonas Bornhauser and Raphael Nusser (both IP/IT), and Florian Roth.
