Bär & Karrer Advises Gedeon Richter on the Acquisition of Finox Holding

Gedeon Richter Plc (EURONEXT: RICHTER), a leading multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, agreed to acquire Finox Holding AG. Finox Holding is a privately held Swiss biopharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of infertility.
