Bär & Karrer Advised Byggfakta on the Acquisition of Olmero

Sweden-based Byggfakta Group has acquired Olmero AG from TX Group AG. Olmero is the leading provider for digital management of construction projects in Switzerland offering online solutions for professional tendering, construction project management and reprography.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Byggfakta Group in this transaction. The team included Christoph Neeracher, Philippe Seiler, Raphael Egger, Patrick Zumsteg and Benjamin Grunwald (all M&A), Jonas Bornhauser (IP/IT), Fanny Sutter (Employment) as well as Raoul Stocker and Martin Leu (both Tax).
