The members of Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) elected Bär & Karrer partner Nadja Jaisli Kull as one of five new members of the ASA board at ASA's general assembly. The appointment will take effect on 1 January 2017 and will last for three years.
Nadja Jaisli comments: "I am very honored and pleased by this election which reflects the long-standing efforts and excellent reputation of our firm's arbitration practice. I look forward to this new task and to contributing to ASA's further development."
The new members replace five members of the ASA board who are stepping down. ASA also re-elected its president and the incumbent members of the 25-member board for another term.
