Bär & Karrer Advises the Shareholders on the Sale of Real Estate Companies to IMMOFONDS

The shareholders of four privately held real estate companies in Canton Ticino, comprising of 48 apartments in Lugano, have sold their shares to IMMOFONDS. With this transaction, IMMOFONDS expands its geographical reach to southern Switzerland.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the selling shareholders in this transaction. The team was led by Massimo Vanotti and included Sandro Gaggini and Rocco Rigozzi (all M&A and Real Estate).
