Bär & Karrer Advises the Insurtech Company CLARK on the Integration of the finanzen Group

Bär & Karrer advised the German Insurtech company CLARK on the integration of the finanzen Group. This makes CLARK one of the world's largest Insurtech companies – and a so-called "unicorn". The transaction will take place through an exchange of shares, in the course of which Allianz X will become CLARK's largest minority shareholder. Existing and new investors provided, as part of a parallel financing round, the financial resources for the payment paid in addition to the exchange of shares.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal counsel for CLARK in this transaction.
