Bär & Karrer Advises Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund on the Sale of Hotelplan

Migros has secured highly experienced new owners for the entire Hotelplan Group. The DERTOUR Group, one of Europe's leading travel providers, is acquiring the travel agency and tour operator businesses in Switzerland, Germany and the UK. At the same time, the HomeToGo Group, publicly listed in Germany, is acquiring the holiday home specialist Interhome. The handover to the new owners is subject to approval by the relevant authorities.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund in this transaction.
