Bär & Karrer Advises Equistone on the Sale of the Home-Division of KWC Group to Sanitary Specialist Paini

Bär & Karrer advises funds advised by Equistone on the sale of the home division of KWC Group, a leading designer and manufacturer of fittings and accessories for kitchens, bathrooms and washrooms, to the Italian sanitary specialist Paini S.p.A. Rubinetterie. The transaction is expected to be completed in the next few weeks.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Equistone in this transaction. The team is being co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and further includes Luca Jagmetti, Romina Lauper, Li Wei Dutler and Djawad Kleist (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber and Anke Stumm (both Tax), Markus Wang (IP/IT), Corrado Rampini and Patrick Neher (both Real Estate) as well as Mani Reinert (Antitrust).
