Bär & Karrer Advised Savex Capital on Obtaining its FINMA License

In January 2021, Savex Capital AG started operating as a fully licensed Swiss asset manager of collective investment schemes.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor in connection with the corporate and regulatory framework applicable to the establishment of the company. In this context, Bär & Karrer assisted and represented Savex Capital during the licensing process with FINMA. The team included Eric Stupp and Stephanie Walter (both Regulatory/Financial Services) as well as Thomas Stoltz (Corporate/Notarial Services).
