Bär & Karrer Advised L-Gam in Strategic Partnership with mci group

L-Gam, an international investment company based in London, Milan and Luxembourg, entered into a strategic partnership with, and acquired a stake in, mci group, an independent global marketing & communications group. The collaboration aims to streamline mci group's ownership structure and support an ambitious growth plan.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to L-Gam in this transaction. The team was lead by Cédric Chapuis and included Martin Anderson and Ronny Schmid (all M&A), Frédéric Bétrisey (Finance), Christoph Suter and Alice Johnson (both Tax), Mani Reinert and Tim Meyer (both Competition) as well as Thomas Stoltz, Özden Omürcan and Philippe Schmid (all Notarial Services).
