Engie New Ventures, Montrose Environmental Group, and the European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund have invested in TreaTech, a Swiss Start-Up domiciled in Lausanne that has developed an innovative waste treatment technology.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to these investors. The team was led by Philippe Seiler and further included Luzius Bill, Benjamin Grunwald, Lazar Lepir, Djawad Kleist and František Draslar (all M&A), Manuel Schmid (Employment), Faton Aliu (Financing) as well as Jonas Bornhauser (IP/IT).
