Bär & Karrer Advised Cognita on the Acquisition of the FOUR-FOREST Group

The leading global private schools group Cognita has acquired the Swiss-based FOUR-FOREST Group from their founders. Offering education from nursery to secondary levels at three campuses, FOUR-FOREST Group currently educates over 300 children and young people from the international communities in Zug and Lucerne.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Cognita in this transaction.
