Bär & Karrer Advises Netrics Group on the Acquisition of Garaio

Netrics, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, acquires a majority stake in GARAIO AG, a Switzerland-based provider of consulting services and customized software solutions, to further enhance their offerings for the growth markets related to digitalization solutions, modern workplace, and cloud.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the Netrics Group in this transaction. The team of Bär & Karrer is being co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and further includes Benjamin Grunwald, Luzius Bill, Patrick Zumsteg, Nick Aschwanden and Kai Bajka (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber and Fabian Capt (both Tax), Markus Wang and Jonas Bornhauser (both IP/IT), Laura Widmer and Sandra Schaffner (both Employment) as well as Rehana Harasgama (Data Protection).
