Bär & Karrer Advises Hero Group on Sale of Production Facility to Ricola

Bär & Karrer has advised the Hero Group on the successful sale of its production facility in Lenzburg.

The buyer, Ricola, aims to expand its production capacity to satisfy the high global demand for its products.

Ricola is taking over the entire plant while the landmark round office building will remain the property of Hero and serve as headquarters for the Group and Swiss organizations. The staff restaurant will be used jointly by both companies in the future.

The Bär & Karrer team is led by Corrado Rampini and includes Corina Moschen and Jennifer Walde (all Real Estate).
