Bär & Karrer Advises Capvis on the Sale of a Majority Stake in BSI Software AG

BSI Software, a leading provider of innovative customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience (CX) software, has entered a partnership with Bregal Unternehmerkapital, an international private equity firm. In this transaction, Swiss investment firm Capvis realizes a full exit as BSI's majority shareholder.

Bär & Karrer AG acts as legal advisor to majority shareholder Capvis. The team is co-lead by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and includes Luca Jagmetti, Elisabeth Rinderknecht and Lazar Lepir (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber, Martin Leu and Anke Stumm (all Tax/Structuring), Markus Wang and Jonas Bornhauser (both IP/IT), as well as Lukas Roesler (Financing).
