Bär & Karrer Advises RES on the Acquisition of Sulzer & Schmid Laboratories AG

RES, the world's largest independent renewable energy company and service provider, has acquired Sulzer & Schmid Laboratories AG, a pioneer of autonomous drone inspections for the renewable energy sector.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to RES in this transaction.
