Bär & Karrer Advises Raben Group N.V. on its Partnership with Sieber Transport

Raben Group N.V., a European logistic provider specializing in transport and warehousing solutions, has signed an agreement to partner with Sieber Transport AG, a Swiss logistics provider offering a wide range of services worldwide. The two companies are establishing Raben Sieber AG, which will provide an extensive groupage transport network across Switzerland and Europe.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Raben Group. The team is led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and includes Thomas Rhode, Lazar Lepir and David Mark (all M&A), Luca Jagmetti (Transport Law), Jonas Bornhauser (IP/IT), Marc Paronitti (Employment), Rocco Rigozzi and Patrick Neher (both Real Estate) as well as Tim Meyer (Competition).
