Bär & Karrer Advises Mobiliar on the Sale of Flatfox

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG (SMG) is acquiring the majority interest in and exclusive control of Flatfox AG from Schweizerische Mobiliar Versicherungsgesellschaft AG (Mobiliar). This step aims to support the further digitalization of the Swiss real estate sector.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Mobiliar in this transaction. The team is co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Luca Jagmetti and further includes Carlo Hunter, Sacha Kanoff and Marc Bär (all M&A), Markus Wang (IP/IT), Mani Reinert (Antitrust), Susanne Schreiber and Ricardo Marino (both tax) as well as Rehana Harasgama (Data Protection).
