Bär & Karrer Advises BuildTec Software Group on the Acquisition of SOBRA EDV

BuildTec Software, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, acquired all shares in SORBA EDV, a leading provider of specialist construction software in Switzerland.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to BuildTec Software in this transaction.
