Bär & Karrer Advised GENUI on the Tax Structuring for the Acquisition of Magnolia

GENUI, an entrepreneur-led private equity firm specialized in investments in medium-sized companies of different sectors, acquired the participation in Magnolia International AG from Elvaston. Magnolia is a Swiss based software company, developing and distributing a digital experience platform as well as a content management system (CMS) for content-driven marketing.
